If Elle Lab decides to cancel or postpone the experience, participants will be notified by email, sent to the address provided at the time of registration, no later than the day before the scheduled start.
If the course is canceled or postponed, a refund will be issued upon email request to hello@ellelab.it, including the relevant bank details.
It is possible to cancel participation up to 5 days before the start of the course. In this case, a coupon will be issued for free participation in the next event or, upon email request to hello@ellelab.it, 80% of the registration fee will be refunded. The remaining 20% will be retained to cover administrative expenses.
